Description We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance HR processes. Responsibilities Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules according to business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions. Conduct testing and validation of SAP SuccessFactors configurations. Provide training and support to end-users on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and best practices. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support. Strong understanding of HR processes and functions. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management. Proficiency in data migration and integration tools related to SAP SuccessFactors. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
