Job Description

As an Onboarding Operations Associate at BlueVine, you will play a crucial role in scaling operations and ensuring preparedness to navigate unexpected situations. Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing the collection and analysis of data for verifying the identity of customers and businesses for the Risk Onboarding Team. - Provide support for daily onboarding operations with a focus on ensuring 100% accuracy - Research and address client inquiries regarding existing accounts and ongoing onboarding applications promptly and effectively - Support Onboarding/Existing Client queues and contribute to Onboarding automation initiatives - Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) verifications within designated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Assist in application processing, procedure enhancements, and back-office system maintenance - Ensure zero defects in client agreements and related documentation to minimize exposure - Identify opportunities for process automation and simplification to enhance efficiency - Collaborate across departments to deliver optimal solutions that drive operational synergies - Regularly review onboarding procedures to uphold their relevance and efficacy - 1+ years of experience in operational or analytical roles - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting - Strong attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy - Proficiency in Excel for creating spreadsheets, models, and reports - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Effective communication skills (both oral and written) BlueVine is at the forefront of transforming small business banking by offering innovative solutions tailored to help entrepreneurs thrive.
