Onboarding Operations Associate

You will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team at BlueVine that is reshaping the future of banking. As an Onboarding Operations Associate, your role will involve scaling operations and ensuring the company is prepared to navigate unexpected situations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the gathering and analysis of data to verify the identity of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) for the Risk Onboarding Team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support for daily onboarding operations, ensuring 100% accuracy - Research and resolve client inquiries related to existing accounts and current onboarding applications in a timely manner - Support Onboarding/Existing Client queues and automation efforts - Conduct KYB and KYC on all applicants within required SLAs - Assist with application processing, improve procedures, and update back-office systems - Ensure zero defects in client agreements and supporting documentation to limit exposure - Seek opportunities to automate or simplify complex processes - Collaborate with other departments to create operational synergies through elegant solutions - Conduct regular reviews of onboarding procedures to ensure they are up to date and effective Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of operational or analytical experience - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting - Detail-oriented with a high value on accuracy - Proficient in using Excel for creating spreadsheets, models, and reports - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills (oral & written) BlueVine offers a range of benefits and perks including excellent group health coverage, stock options, a hybrid work model, meal allowance, transportation assistance, generous paid time off, company-sponsored mental health benefits, financial advisory services, learning and development opportunities, and community-based volunteering opportunities.,
