Onboarding Operations Analyst

You will be an Onboarding Operations Associate at BlueVine, responsible for scaling operations and ensuring the company is well-prepared to handle unexpected situations. Your main focus will be on gathering and analyzing data for verifying the identity of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) for the Risk Onboarding Team. - Provide support for daily onboarding operations with a focus on achieving 100% accuracy. - Research and resolve client inquiries related to existing accounts and ongoing onboarding applications promptly. - Assist with Onboarding/Existing Client queues and support Onboarding automation efforts. - Conduct KYB and KYC on all applicants within the required Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Aid in application processing, improve procedures, and work on back-office systems for processing and updating procedures. - Ensure zero defects in client agreements and supporting documentation to limit exposure. - Identify opportunities to automate or simplify complex processes. - Collaborate with different departments to deliver effective solutions that create operational synergies. - Regularly review onboarding procedures to ensure they are up to date and effective. Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of operational or analytical experience. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting. - Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy. - Proficient in using Excel for creating spreadsheets, models, and reports. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.,
