We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Supervisor / Engineer to lead and coordinate maintenance activities across our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both mechanical and electrical systems, with hands-on experience managing maintenance teams, ensuring machinery uptime, and improving asset reliability. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead daily mechanical and electrical maintenance operations. Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime. Coordinate with production and engineering teams for timely maintenance support. Maintain maintenance logs, records, and compliance documentation. Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies. Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) efforts.
