Position Overview
We are looking for On-Ground Media & Content Interns to join our dynamic team for a 2-month internship.
This role is hands-on and will involve fieldwork, assisting in the creation of podcasts, capturing testimonials, coordinating with participants, and supporting live media activities.Stipend: ₹5,000 per month.
After the successful completion of the internship, based on performance, there may be opportunities for future collaboration or a permanent role at Spheretree Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in planning and executing on-ground media activities.

· Support the recording and production of podcasts.

· Gather and document testimonials from individuals and communities.

· Coordinate with participants, guests, and stakeholders for interviews and events.

· Assist in basic content development for media releases, reports, or social media.

· Ensure smooth execution of assigned field projects.

Duration & Location

· Duration: 2 Months

· Location: Hybrid / On-ground (as per project requirements)

· Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

What We’re Looking For

· Currently pursuing or recently completed:

• B.Sc. Mass Communication
• B.A. Journalism
• Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
• Master of Social Work (MSW)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Comfortable working in field-based environments.

· Interest in media, content creation, and community engagement.

· Basic familiarity with recording equipment is a plus (training will be provided).
