Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Omni Sports Advisor, located in Mumbai. The role entails supporting customers in finding the right products and solutions for their sporting needs, providing expert advice, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include promoting an active sports culture, managing merchandise, ensuring in-store displays are organized, and contributing to store operations in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Physical Education, Sports Coaching, and Sports Training
• Strong Coaching skills with an ability to train and inspire sports enthusiasts
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal Communication skills
• Passion for sports and an active lifestyle
• Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented retail environment
• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as required
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
