Role Overview: As a member of the Decathlon team, your primary responsibility is to deliver a WOW customer experience and create a WOW store experience. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, promote sports, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and safe store layout, highlighting the omnichannel offer to customers, and providing necessary services for sports enthusiasts. Key Responsibilities: - Greet, smile, and engage with customers to understand their needs. - Engage customers through sports communities and inspire them to join. - Encourage customers to participate in Decathlon events or local sports activities. - Propose the right products & services based on customer needs. - Ensure a smooth checkout experience and suggest complementary products. - Maintain reliable inventory to support omnichannel availability. - Create a safe and engaging store layout for customers and team members. - Highlight the omnichannel offer to customers and ensure the availability of necessary services. - Promote the Circular offer and relevant services.
