Role Overview As a Sales Counsellor , you will be the first voice a prospective member hears after expressing interest in our services. Your role is to understand their fitness goals, build trust, explain our transformation programs, and guide them to enroll with confidence. You will only be handling inbound leads , and your key metric is conversion to paid memberships . Key Responsibilities Inbound Lead Handling : Engage promptly with leads via calls, WhatsApp, or Zoom as assigned from digital funnels or referrals. Needs Analysis : Listen, understand, and diagnose the health and fitness needs of prospective members. Solution Selling : Explain how OMFIT’s personalized programs (training + nutrition + lifestyle) can solve their specific problems. Objection Handling : Address doubts around pricing, time, past failures, etc., with empathy and clarity. Follow-Ups & Closures : Stay on top of leads, track status, and drive conversions within defined timelines. CRM & Reporting : Update daily status on CRM; share weekly conversion reports and insights. Collaboration : Coordinate with coaches, onboarding team, and marketing for smooth member handover post-sale. Key Metrics (KPIs) Lead-to-Membership Conversion Rate Response Time (First Contact TAT) Follow-Up Adherence & Pipeline Hygiene Revenue Closed Per Month Customer Satisfaction Pre-Onboarding What We’re Looking For 0–4 years of experience in sales, counselling, or customer-facing roles (preferably in fitness, wellness, ed-tech, or coaching industries) Strong communication skills in English, Hindi (Marathi is a plus) High emotional intelligence and listening ability Hunger to learn, grow, and close deals Self-driven, punctual, and organized Basic tech skills (Google Sheets, CRM, Zoom) Salary & Incentives ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (Fixed) Performance-based Incentives (Uncapped) Milestone Bonuses (Quarterly)
