We are looking for Telecaller & Support Executives to join our team and play a key role in assisting our customers and distributors, handling queries, and driving sales through excellent communication. Key Responsibilities Sales (Telecaller): Make outbound calls to potential customers and partners to promote OLYSIM’s eSIM and SIM products. Explain product details, benefits, and pricing to customers. Convert inquiries into successful sales and achieve assigned targets. Maintain call records. Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails for customer queries. Assist customers with eSIM installation, activation, and troubleshooting. Support distributors in purchasing and managing plans. Provide timely resolutions and ensure high customer satisfaction. General: Follow-up with customers for pending issues and renewals. Escalate technical or complex cases to the concerned team. Maintain professionalism and represent OLYSIM with a customer-first approach. Requirements Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Call Center. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (spoken & written). Basic technical knowledge of SIM/eSIM or willingness to learn quickly. Polite, professional phone voice with good convincing skills. Ability to handle pressure and multitask. We are expanding our B2B network and seeking a motivated on-field professional to onboard travel agencies, corporates, and distributors as Olysim partners. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential B2B partners including travel agencies, corporates, and resellers. Visit clients on-field to present Olysim’s products and partnership opportunities. Explain features, benefits, and revenue models of Olysim’s partner program. Assist partners with registration, panel setup, and initial onboarding process. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration. Collect feedback from partners and share insights with the management team. Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner acquisition (preferably in telecom, travel, or technology sector). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with field visits and client meetings. Ability to explain technical processes in simple terms.
