As a Executive/Sr. Executive Technical Service (Warehousing Operations) , you will be responsible to support Technical Service Departing by managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products/spares efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities: Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems. Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Perform regular cycle counts and stock audits. Role & responsibilities The Service Coordinator in the workshop will be responsible for the routine coordination with different departments & branch offices for making quotations, processing customer orders, spare parts arrangement, repair assignment to the engineers. He/She would also be responsible for vendor management, local procurement of jigs/tools/consumable parts. He/She should have basis aptitude for data analyses to submit monthly reports to management. Handling call registration related issue Maintaining all hard copy records properly in filing as well as on server. Vendor management for office routine requirement Workshop activity (Stock taking, CRM Updation, SFDC Updation, maintaining spares and jigs stock, spares and consumables items ordering, reports Should understand & prioritize task as per company need Able to deliver under pressure. Persons should be good at MS Office & outlook. Communication (written and verbal) & Presentation skills. Creative/conceptual Thinking i.e. Problem solving skills. Capable of working in Team Environment. Preferred candidate profile Graduation from any stream. Experience and Qualifications Education: Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Masters, or PhD) in Finance, IT, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, or a related field. Proven ability to develop and execute workforce strategies that support business growth. Strong expertise in workforce analytics, HR data interpretation, and predictive modeling. Experience with workforce planning tools and HR systems, with a focus on digital transformation. Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders across geographies.
