Job Responsibilities: Drive Ola/Uber cab for assigned 10-hour shift (Day or Night). Shift Timings: Day Shift: Start 7:00 AM, drive until daily target is achieved, return car by 6:00 PM latest. Night Shift: Start 7:00 PM, drive until daily target is achieved, return car by 6:00 AM latest. Achieve minimum daily target: ₹2,199 revenue + minimum 7 trips. Earn daily incentives- ₹2,599 revenue/day = +₹100 bonus. 11 trips/day = +₹100 bonus. (Both bonuses can be earned together for ₹200/day extra). Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and ensure passenger comfort & safety. Follow all traffic rules and company operational guidelines. Requirements: Valid Driving License. Minimum 1 year of Ola/Uber or other commercial driving experience preferred. Ability to use Ola/Uber driver app on smartphone. Provide 2 references (1 family, 1 non-family). First 7 days’ salary to be deposited as refundable security. Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary ₹17,000/month per shift + incentives up to ₹200/day. Fuel & maintenance costs fully covered by company.
