Job Description

As an Okta Developer, you will utilize your 6-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to design, develop, and deploy secure identity solutions. Your expertise in Okta's Identity Engine platform will be crucial in implementing authentication protocols like OAuth, OIDC, and SAML, as well as supporting Single Sign-On (SSO), identity federation, provisioning, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems. Your responsibilities will include developing and configuring solutions using Okta's Identity Engine platform, conducting risk assessments, leading remediation efforts, and continuously improving the IAM security posture. You will collaborate within Agile teams, define business requirements, and provide expert guidance on authentication and authorization strategies to address evolving security needs. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of IAM principles, proficiency in Okta's Identity Engine, and experience with SSO, SAML, OIDC, JIT, and SCIM protocols. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with prior experience working in Agile environments.
