(Pl visit us at www.hectorandstreak.com) Position: - Senior Architect - OKTA Location: Mumbai / Chennai/ Ahmedabad (work from Office) Exp: 10+ Years Shift Time: 3 PM to 12 AM Job Summary: As an Okta Architect, you will own the end-to-end design and implementation of our identity and access management (IAM) solution. You will collaborate with a team of server engineers, application experts, and helpdesk specialists to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Your role will focus on building approval workflows, implementing gating processes, and consolidating identity solutions into a unified platform using Okta. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement an overarching Okta-based identity solution to serve as the single source of truth for all applications. Collaborate with server engineers, application teams, and helpdesk teams to ensure a cohesive end-to-end deployment. Develop and configure approval workflows tailored to organizational needs, ensuring efficient user provisioning and access management. Implement gating actions and processes, including self-service capabilities where appropriate. Lead the consolidation of multiple identity locations into a unified, scalable Okta platform. Maintain and document the architecture, workflows, and integration processes for continuous improvement. Provide technical leadership and ensure alignment with cybersecurity best practices. Qualifications: 5+ years experience as an OKTA IAM Architect Proven experience as an Okta Architect or in a similar IAM-focused role. This include but not limited to LCM, SSO, MFA and IGA Deep understanding of Okta capabilities, including integration and workflow development. Integrations include items like AD, office365, Oracle HCM (HR system), Salesforce, IT infra systems (Cisco, Netapp, VMWARE and others), and in-house Microsoft base applications with SQL back end Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices. • Experience with approval workflows and gating process implementation. • Ability to lead complex IAM projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with application and ICAM systems is highly desirable. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: • Certifications in Okta or related IAM technologies (The Okta Certified Technical Architect certification is preferred). • Experience in consolidating legacy identity systems into a single platform. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
