OIC Developer

Job Summary:

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support integrations using

  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  including REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, and application adapters.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business users to understand integration requirements.
  
• Develop custom solutions to integrate

  Oracle Fusion Cloud

  with third-party systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
  
• Maintain and support

  OIC processes

  , mappings, connections, lookups, and schedules.
• Implement error handling, retry mechanisms, and alerting for integrations.
  
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all integration processes and configurations.
  
• Collaborate with Oracle Support, internal teams, and vendors to resolve complex issues.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 3–7 years of experience in integration development, with at least 2+ years using

  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  .
• Hands-on experience with:
  

• OIC Integration Patterns

  (App-driven, Scheduled, File-based, B2B, etc.)

• REST and SOAP Web Services

• Oracle Cloud Adapters (ERP, HCM, FTP, REST, etc.)
  

• XSLT, XSD, JSON, XML

  , and data mapping techniques.
• Experience integrating with

  Oracle Fusion SaaS modules

  (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.).
• Solid understanding of

  authentication protocols

  (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, JWT).
• Familiarity with

  Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS)

  and

  Process Cloud

  is a plus.
• Experience with

  Postman, SOAP UI

  , and other integration testing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
