OHC STAFF NURSE MALE

Job Summary:

The OHC Staff Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of all employees in the workplace. They provide immediate medical care for work-related injuries and illnesses, assist in health surveillance programs, and support compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:1. Clinical Services:

• Provide first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries or illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the company physician.
• Maintain records of all treatments and medical cases handled.
• Monitor vital signs and health status of employees as needed.

2. Health Monitoring & Surveillance:

• Assist in pre-employment, annual, and exit medical examinations.
• Conduct periodic health assessments and screenings (e.g., blood pressure, glucose monitoring).
• Maintain up-to-date medical records and health statistics of employees.

3. Health Promotion & Education:

• Implement workplace health and wellness programs (e.g., vaccination drives, health talks).
• Educate employees on basic health practices, disease prevention, and injury avoidance.

4. Administrative Duties:

• Prepare incident reports, medical summaries, and monthly clinic reports.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic and its equipment.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure availability of emergency kits.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

• Support compliance with DOLE, DOH, and other regulatory agencies.
• Assist in the documentation required for health audits, inspections, or permits.
• Participate in safety meetings, drills, and health & safety committee functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
