ob Requirements

• Provide foundation package input to front -end project development.
• Define and leadtechnicalstudies to inform key project decisions.
• Develop thetechnicalportion of the package requisitions includingtechnicalspecifications and information requirements and support supply chain engagement.
• Work closely with the Quality lead to define test and inspection requirements
• Lead thetechnicalbid evaluation
• Performance manage contractor package engineering
• Technicalverificationof contractor engineering including design views
• Review and approve deviations
• Verify supplier documentation and manage the document review process, inform inspector visits and support clientverificationof construction work.
• Supporttechnicalqueries from other project functions, particularly operations and commissioning
• Verify packagetechnicalclose-out and recommend readiness to ship
• Capture lessons at key stages during the package management lifecycle to continuously improve portfoliotechnical knowledge.
• Deliver foundation innovation, technology and design that optimize the LCoE of the portfolio.

Work Experience

• Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline
• Demonstratedtechnicalcompetency instructural engineeringdiscipline with broad understanding of the applicable codes and standards for the scope.
• Fluent written and spokenEnglishlanguage.
• Significant experience of project design stages (pre-FEED/FEED/detailed design)
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience of offshore structures.
• Understanding of the interfaces and interaction with supporting engineering disciplines for the scope of this package, particularly geotechnical
• Understandtechnicalrisk identification and management process to deliver safe and competitive projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and within multi-disciplinary teams

Desirable Criteria:

• Chartered Engineering
• Experience oftechnology development
• Understand quality Management process for engineering, manufacture and installation
• Understandtechnicalaspects of competitive procurement process
• Ability in performance management of others (including 3rd party engineering service providers) to support timely decision making.
• Experience of construction, installation and operation support
