Naresh IT KPHB branch is hiring for an experienced trainer for Selenium . Candidate should should have a strong background in Manual Testing, Test Automation with Selenium, API Testing, DevOps tools and AI in Testing. Should have rich experience in giving classroom trainings. Mandatory to have training experience.Responsibilities: Classroom Training Delivery (Mandatory): Conduct dynamic, interactive, and engaging full-time, offline classroom training sessions on Manual Testing, Test Automation with Selenium, API Testing, DevOps tools, and AI in Testing concepts. Explain complex testing concepts, automation frameworks, and tool functionalities in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner, catering to students with varying levels of prior knowledge. Facilitate hands-on exercises, practical labs, and guided project implementations (e.g., building automation frameworks) during sessions. Ensure a highly supportive and conducive learning environment for all students. Manual Testing Fundamentals: Deliver comprehensive training on the principles and methodologies of Manual Testing, including test case design, test plan creation, defect management, and different types of testing (functional, non-functional, regression, smoke, sanity). Guide students through practical scenarios of manual test execution and reporting. Test Automation with Selenium Expertise: Provide in-depth training on Selenium WebDriver, covering element locators, synchronization, handling various web elements, and advanced interactions. Teach students how to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, Hybrid). Introduce Selenium Grid for parallel test execution. Cover integration with popular programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) for writing test scripts. API Testing Proficiency: Train students on the fundamentals of API testing, including understanding REST/SOAP principles. Provide hands-on training with popular API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured). Cover concepts like request/response validation, authentication, and test automation for APIs. DevOps Tools Integration: Introduce relevant DevOps concepts for testing, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Provide practical exposure or theoretical understanding of integrating automation scripts with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI). Discuss version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub) for managing test automation code. AI in Testing (Conceptual Understanding): Introduce the concepts and applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in testing. Discuss emerging trends like AI-powered test generation, intelligent test orchestration, and predictive analytics in QA. Explain how AI can enhance test efficiency and effectiveness. Mentoring & Doubt Clarification: Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to students, patiently addressing their technical doubts and challenges related to testing and automation. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback on their assignments and automation projects, and guide them towards improvement. Curriculum Adherence & Enhancement: Adhere strictly to Naresh IT's QA and Test Automation curriculum while enriching it with practical examples, industry best practices, and the latest trends. Contribute to the continuous improvement of course content, lab exercises, and project scenarios to ensure industry relevance.
