As an Offline Growth & Sales Lead at Padel India, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth for our offline clubs through strategic sales, marketing campaigns, and data-driven decision-making. Your role will be crucial in maximizing club occupancy, memberships, and overall business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive offline revenue growth for clubs through on-ground activations, corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and community-driven initiatives. - Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns both online and offline to enhance club occupancy and memberships. - Manage the complete customer funnel from lead generation to conversion and retention. **Campaign & Market Strategy:** - Plan and execute high-impact sales and marketing campaigns to increase footfall and memberships. - Identify new business opportunities, competitive advantages, and market trends. - Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. **Data & Performance Tracking:** - Track and analyze campaign performance to derive insights for optimizing future initiatives. - Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance sales performance and club engagement. - Establish structured processes for monitoring venue performance, customer behavior, and revenue trends. **Process & Team Management:** - Drive business growth at the club level by ensuring smooth execution. - Collaborate with venue managers, sales teams, and marketing to streamline operations. - Address operational challenges, develop scalable growth strategies, and lead teams when necessary. **Ideal Candidate:** **Experience:** - 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth operations within an offline business setup. - Prior experience in scaling sports clubs, fitness centers, or hospitality businesses is advantageous. **Skills & Mindset:** - Go-getter attitude with a focus on objectives and execution. - Strong data-driven decision-making skills to track trends and performance. - Process-oriented problem-solving abilities to implement and optimize workflows. - Knowledge of both offline activations and online campaigns in sales and marketing. - Team leadership skills to collaborate across teams and lead initiatives.
