As the Offline Growth & Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our offline clubs in Bangalore. Your responsibilities will include executing on-ground activations, forming corporate tie-ups, cultivating partnerships, and spearheading community-driven initiatives to boost club revenue. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategic sales campaigns, both online and offline, to enhance club occupancy and memberships. Your focus will be on managing the entire customer funnel from lead generation to conversion and retention. Your key responsibilities will encompass planning and executing impactful sales and marketing campaigns to increase footfall and memberships, identifying new business opportunities, competitive advantages, and market trends, collaborating with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement, tracking and analyzing campaign performance to optimize future initiatives, using data-driven decision-making to enhance sales performance and club engagement, establishing structured processes for tracking venue performance, customer behavior, and revenue trends, and overseeing business growth at the club level to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate for this role will possess 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth operations within an offline business environment, with prior experience in scaling sports clubs, fitness centers, or hospitality businesses being advantageous. You should exhibit a go-getter attitude, be objective-oriented, and have a strong drive to execute. Additionally, you must possess strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, be a process-oriented problem solver capable of creating, implementing, and optimizing workflows, demonstrate sales and marketing acumen encompassing knowledge of offline activations and online campaigns, exhibit team leadership skills, and be adept at collaborating across teams and leading initiatives.
