Identifying and partnering with suitable distribution channels to extend market reach across key regions will also be a crucial aspect of the role. Negotiating favorable terms on margins, product placements, and in-store promotions to drive return on investment, as well as devising trade marketing initiatives to stimulate consumer demand in retail environments, will be within your purview. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting and overseeing field sales teams, distributors, and promoters to ensure effective execution in the market. Collaboration with supply chain and operations teams to guarantee timely product delivery and prevent stock shortages at the retail level will be essential.
