Good Knowledge of extrusion process-HFE/CFE/Duplex/Strip Winding (Marangoni/Orbit read) Tread & Sidewall Profile die Designing
Understanding of rubber compound behavior & Key properties
Knowledge about other stock preparation processes-bias cutter/Bead winding/Calendaring/Tyre building/Tire Curing etc.
Good Experience of soft skills like MS-Office/Excel/Presentations etc.
Understanding of problem-solving skills like-7 QC Tools/8 D/Poka-yoke etc. Knowledge of quality management systems.
Ready to work in all shifts
Understanding of modern process control techniques automation/Use of sensors/AI tools etc.
Skills: Microsoft Office, Computer Skills, SAP.
Tyre Industry 2-3 Years experience is must
