Role & responsibilities:

Operating, handling and supervising of equipments like reactors, Distillation column, reboiler etc.

Verify and charge all raw material quantities/ intermediate material as per Batch / Lot Manufacturing Record, execute production process and record process parameters progressively in Batch / Lot Manufacturing Record.

Perform operations like batch charging, reaction, extraction, distillation, etc. as per the instructions given in Batch / Lot Manufacturing Record.

Strictly adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsible for online documentation of Batch & Lot Manufacturing/Cleaning records, log books, status labeling and other records.

Responsible to carry out inprocess, intermediate and solvent recover checks as per the instructions given in the Batch & Lot Manufacturing/Cleaning Record.

To give information to QC for samples in advance daily and interact with QC for analysis status.

Responsible for the cleaning of the equipments and other miscellaneous items as per the respective Standard Operating Procedures.

Monitoring and control of specific production operations as per standard procedures to get desire product quality.

To participate in all validation and qualification activities as and when required.

Timely reporting of abnormalities/deviations to the immediate authority.

To highlight the unsafe operations and maintenance related jobs if any to the immediate authority.

To co-ordinate with maintenance department for preventive maintenance as per the schedule.

Issuance of raw materials & packing materials from ware house.

To undergo trainings as per training schedule and as and when required.

Strict adherence to CGMP, EHS and quality policy.

Ensure effective housekeeping and safe work environment in area under control all the time.
