Officer Sales - Branch Banking

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, your primary role will be to sell products and services to customers, maintain a daily sales report, and ensure quality new acquisitions on saving and current accounts for both Resident and Non-Resident customers. You will need to utilize sales resources effectively for optimal sales support, penetrate FD to unique customers, and promote sales of various credit cards, third-party products (such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, RBI Bonds), and asset products. Additionally, contacting customers who have attrited over a certain value and ensuring they prioritize our bank as their primary choice will be part of your responsibilities. Managing a benchmark number of customers in the portfolio and extending classic benefits based on eligibility lists are also key tasks. Online CRM updation at every customer contact stage, detailed interaction capture, and task creation are crucial for maintaining effective customer relationships.
