Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Officer QA to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves developing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with various teams to address quality issues.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities
Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance protocols
Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review
Assist in the development of quality improvement initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and standards
Proficiency in using QA tools and software for testing and documentation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
