Officer-QA Automation Tester

As an Officer - QA Automation Tester at Citi, your role involves supporting initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production. You will design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy in collaboration with technology project managers, UAT professionals, and users. Your responsibilities include conducting process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments, reporting issues, making recommendations for solutions, and ensuring project standards and procedures are documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle. You will also be responsible for monitoring products for conformance to standards, documenting findings, performing root cause analyses, and ensuring all corrective actions are completed. Additionally, you will gather, maintain, and create reports on quality metrics, exhibit a good understanding of procedures and concepts within your technical area, and provide guidance to new team members. Other duties as assigned are also part of your responsibilities.
