Officer Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Process Management: Guiding students through the application process for various international universities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of applications.
• Visa and Immigration Support: Assisting students with visa applications, understanding immigration requirements, and providing guidance on relevant documentation.
• Promoting Study Abroad Programs: Raising awareness about study abroad opportunities and assisting students in selecting suitable programs.
• Maintaining Admission Records: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of student applications and progress.
• Support Throughout the Study Abroad Journey: Providing support and guidance to students before, during, and after their study abroad experience, including accommodation, travel, and pre-departure information.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working with other departments within the study abroad company, such as admissions and marketing, to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: To effectively communicate with students, universities, and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills: To manage multiple applications and deadlines effectively.
• Understanding of international education and visa processes: To guide students through the necessary procedures.
• Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems: To maintain accurate records and track application progress.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
