1. Preparing and processing all the necessary documentation formalities required for safe and smooth arrival, berthing and sailing of any vessel in/out of the Port.
2. Co-ordinate with all stakeholders i.e. Charterer/Vessel Owner/Master/ Importer/Shipper/Receiver for on time sharing of all relevant information wrt the Port, vessel, customs, immigration, PHO and other related authorities.
3. Attending all important issues to ensure dissemination of accurate and prompt communication on a regular basis.
4. Mitigating all customer-related queries and various matters pertinent to vessel operation and vessel owner/head owner's matters appropriately in a timely and rightful manner.
5. Timely circulation of all vessel operation related documents from arrival to sailing to all concerned parties.
6. Addressing all husbandry related enquiries in a prompt manner and executing the jobs as per customer requirements and satisfaction.
7. Regular follow-up with Port for timely receipt of all Port bills & on-time collection of vendor invoices and submit to them to accounts for finalization of vessel FDA and further payment processing.
8. Maintaining and sharing all pertinent MIS requirements as and when required.
1) Graduation in any stream.
2) 5 Years of work experience in vessel agency.
3) Good communication & writing skill.
4) Languages known – English, Hindi & Local language.
5) Basic computer literacy Skill.
6) Flexible working hours.
7) Ability to multitask.
