Job Description

As an IT Quality Intmd Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our technology products and processes. You will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in quality assurance to support various initiatives and projects. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying discrepancies, recommending solutions, and driving improvements. Your contributions will directly impact the success of your team and other closely related teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production. - Conduct a variety of moderately complex process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments. - Ensure project standards and procedures are fully documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle. - Monitor products and processes for conformance to standards and procedures. - Document findings, perform root cause analyses, and provide recommended improvements. - Verify traceability in project work products. - Gather, maintain, and create reports on quality metrics. - Provide informal guidance to new team members. - Perform other duties and functions as assigned. **Qualifications:** - 2-5 years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience in the Financial Service industry preferred. - Experience in requirement reviews and ability to identify, communicate, and document discrepancies. - Understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. - Demonstrated logical analysis skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. - Proven ability to work to deadlines. - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. - QA experience in defining, designing, and executing test cases. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be expected to have a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience. Your role will directly impact the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by yourself and others, and you will play a significant part in safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. Your ability to assess risks, drive compliance, and provide guidance to new team members will be crucial for your success in this role.,
