As an Officer based in Hyderabad, your primary responsibilities will include: - Studying regulatory circulars and orders to stay updated on compliance requirements. - Taking necessary actions on regulatory orders and advisories received from various regulators. - Monitoring foreign investment by listed companies and ensuring compliance. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in surveillance functions in stock exchanges or brokerage houses. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance and foreign investment by listed companies. - Familiarity with depository operations. - Good communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and willingness to work in shifts if required.
