As an Officer based in Hyderabad, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Study regulatory circulars and orders to stay updated on compliance requirements. - Take necessary actions based on regulatory orders or advisories received from various regulators. - Monitor and report on Foreign Investment by Listed Companies. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experiences: - Graduate or Post Graduate degree. - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in surveillance functions in Stock Exchanges or Brokerage Houses. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance and Foreign Investment by Listed Companies. - Familiarity with Depository operations. - Strong communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software. - Willingness to work in shifts as required.
