Officer, Commission Sharing/Alternative Payment Operations

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing the relationship between the company and external clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing metrics and client wise data on revenue - Maintaining revenue and invoice information - Interacting with clients regarding outstanding revenue - Reconciling trades against the clients and IBs - Facilitating and maintaining agreements with clients - Processing RPA sweeps to administrators - Issuing and tracking invoices and revenue allocation - Providing data to KRMs - Maintaining procedures, process maps, and participating in RCSA / CSOX / audit reviews - Supporting, guiding, and mentoring team members - Identifying opportunities for risk reduction and control improvements You should have a good understanding of constitutional documents and corporate structures. Knowledge of markets and instruments is a plus, along with familiarity with front to back investment banking processes. Attention to detail, investigative skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, good prioritization, organizational and multi-tasking abilities, self-motivation, a desire to be challenged, and eagerness to learn are essential for this role.,
