1. Cash Payments- Travel and expenses vouchers checking, authorizing and payments.
2. Bank Payments expenses checking and payments, Import payment.
3. Purchase voucher checking and booking
4. Creditors advance adjustment and payments
5. Bank Receipts - Advance adjustments, Holdback transfer and debtor balances while
receipt from debtors.
6. Journal voucher passing related to expenses.
7. Ledger Posting, Ledger scrutiny & rectification to P&L
8. TDS, Profession Tax, PF scrutiny and payment.
9. Provide timely and accurate data for filing TDS return
10. Goods and Service tax scrutiny and payment.
11. Inter company debtors and creditors confirmations as per accounts for MIS.
12. Documentation for import payments.
13. Scrutiny of staff and travel advances.
14. Bank reconciliations.
15. Provisions for expenses for MIS
16. Sales reconciliation for MIS
17. Stock checking for MIS
18. Segment wise expenses booking.
19. Reconciliation of GST records with financial records
20. Reconciliation of Tax deducted at source, Provident fund, Profession tax.
21. Balance confirmations of creditors and debtors
22. Attending Statutory Audit, GST Audit
23. Assist in periodic closure of accounts, Monthly/ Quarterly and Yearly
Bachelor’s degree from college or university and 2-6 years related experience.
Ability to understand, read, write, and converse in English.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and Accounting Software
