Position: Sales - Manager/Sr. Manager Location: Navi Mumbai Job Description Drive business growth by sourcing leasing business through IPCs, DPCs, and aggregators, building a strong pipeline of potential leads and expanding market reach. Manage the end-to-end leasing cycle, including lead generation, proposals, client site visits, negotiating lease terms, and deal closures, while maintaining strong relationships with tenants for long-term partnerships. Take complete P&L responsibility for the assigned business center/floor, ensuring high leasing occupancy, profitability, and revenue optimization through strategic leasing planning and space utilization. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, delivering customized workspace solutions and driving account expansion and leasing to maximize client value and retention. Handle all inbound leads from digital channels and walk-ins with timely follow-ups and personalized consultations, maintaining a healthy pipeline and high lead-to-conversion ratio. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to refine leasing strategies and provide insights for internal planning.
