Job Description

As a Gold Loan Branch Employee, your primary responsibility will be to develop business and increase sales volume at the branch. You will be in charge of cash handling, accounts management, and maintaining smooth customer relationships. Additionally, you will need to follow up with existing customers effectively. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in NBFC and hold a graduation degree with computer knowledge. Good communication skills are essential for this position. The salary offered for this role is 18,000 per month along with incentives. Candidates residing in and around Thoppumpady and Palluruthy areas are preferred for this full-time position based in Thoppumpady and Palluruthy. In terms of benefits, you will be entitled to health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be during the day shift, and performance bonuses along with yearly bonuses can be expected.
