Position Overview:
We are seeking a female Office Assistant for clerical and administrative support. The ideal candidate should reside within 15 km of Kottayam and possess strong communication skills along with proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day clerical tasks and office documentation
• Draft letters, quotations, and maintain records
• Communicate professionally with clients and vendors
• Assist in branding and promotional activities
• Support internal operations with basic IT and computer tasks

Requirements:

• Any graduate degree
• Female candidate residing within 15 km of Kottayam
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good computer knowledge and typing skills
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Work Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary:
Based on qualifications and experience ( Approximate 10 K to 15 K)
