Office Receptionist & Telecaller

Advisetree is a leading education consultancy helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad, with a focus on Germany and Europe. We offer expert guidance, visa support, and post-landing services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a smart, energetic, and well-spoken Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage our front desk and incoming/outgoing calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and students at the front desk
• Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to inquiries
• Maintain client records and follow up with leads
• Coordinate with counselors and other departments for smooth communication
• Manage appointments and meeting schedules
• Maintain office front desk cleanliness and presentation

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email)
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
