Position: Office Peon
Type: Full-Time
Gender Requirement: Male
Location Preference: Must be a resident of Rewari or nearby areas
Marital Status: Married candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist administrative and teaching staff in day-to-day official tasks and errands within the school premises.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of staff rooms, offices, meeting rooms, and reception areas.
• Serve water, tea/refreshments to staff, guests, and visitors as per instructions.
• Distribute circulars, files, letters, and documents to staff and departments efficiently.
• Support in arranging files, papers, and documents for meetings or school functions.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and assist in photocopying or binding work when required.
• Assist in managing movement of materials and handling of basic logistics.
• Be available to open and close the office premises when instructed.
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and maintain courteous behavior at all times.
• Support during school events, functions, and assist visitors or guests as guided by admin staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 8th pass or above.
• Physically fit and able to carry light loads.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Should be disciplined, responsible, and punctual.
• Trustworthy, well-mannered, and respectful toward staff and students.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal/written instructions.
• Willing to work extended hours during events if needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
