• Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
• Ensuring cleanliness of office premises, desks, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Handling dusting, sweeping, and basic housekeeping tasks.
• Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• File & Document Handling
• Collecting, sorting, and distributing files, documents, and couriers within the office.
• Assisting in photocopying, scanning, and printing as instructed.
• Maintaining proper filing and record-keeping support for staff.
• Outdoor Duties
• Visiting banks, post offices, courts, and other institutions as required.
• Delivering or collecting documents, parcels, and letters.
• Office Assistance
• Assisting staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Handling errands such as purchasing office supplies or stationery.
• Ensuring conference rooms are prepared before meetings.
• Visitor Management
• Welcoming visitors and guiding them to the appropriate department/person.
• Managing water, refreshments, and other basic hospitality requirements.
• Messenger / Errand Work
• Hand-delivering important documents.
• Managing courier collections and dispatch.
• Basic Office Support
• Operating simple office equipment (photocopier, scanner, etc.).
• Opening and closing the office when required.
• Supporting in organizing office events or meetings.
• Miscellaneous Duties
• Maintaining stock of pantry items.
• Reporting any maintenance issues to admin.
• Performing any other task assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
