Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Office Boy for our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Open and close the office premises as per schedule.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in office areas, including pantry, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
Deliver files, documents, and parcels within and outside the office.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
Maintain and stock office supplies such as stationery and pantry items.
Handle minor errands like going to the bank, post office, or other departments.
Support staff with simple administrative tasks when required.
Ensure safe handling of office equipment and documents.
Respond promptly to supervisor or staff requests.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum educational qualification: 8th or 10th standard pass (as applicable).
Physically fit and able to move around throughout the day.
Honest, punctual, and disciplined.
Basic understanding of office environment and responsibilities.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Knowledge of local routes for delivery tasks is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
