Key Responsibilities * Engage with prospective clients via calls, meetings, and digital platforms to promote our services. * Conduct calls and follow-ups to generate leads and drive new business opportunities. * Deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs. * Understand client pain points and offer effective digital marketing solutions. * Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential customers using CRM tools. * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, strategy, and operations) for seamless onboarding of new clients. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Required Skills & Qualifications * 1 to 1.5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or services sector. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent English. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural extrovert energy. * Demonstrated ability to close sales deals and meet targets. * Prior experience in cold calling and outbound sales. * Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, paid ads, etc.). * Degree in Sales, Marketing, Psychology, or related field. * Quick thinker, confident, sharp, and a team player. * High enthusiasm, self-motivated, and driven by success. Preferred * Experience in client-facing roles or account management. * Ability to understand and analyze client behavior and decision-making patterns. * Track record of exceeding sales goals.
