Job Description

Position: Office Housekeeping Staff

Department: Administration / Facilities

Reports To: Admin / Office Manager

The Office Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining overall cleanliness, hygiene, and support activities within the office premises. The role ensures a clean and organized work environment, smooth pantry operations for staff and guests, and basic assistance with daily office tasks.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Office Cleaning & Hygiene (ऑफिस सफाई और स्वच्छता)

  • Clean workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, reception area, and common spaces.
  • Daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining a hygienic environment.
  • Washroom cleaning multiple times a day and ensuring availability of supplies.
  • Emptying dustbins and proper waste disposal.
  • Maintain stock of cleaning items and inform admin for refilling. (वर्कस्टेशन, केबिन, मीटिंग रूम की सफाई, झाड़ू-पोंछा, धूल सफाई और वॉशरूम की नियमित साफ-सफाई।)

2. Pantry & Hospitality Services (पेंट्री और अतिथि सेवा)

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and beverages to staff and visitors.
  • Keep pantry area clean and organized at all times.
  • Handle crockery, cutlery, and ensure proper washing and storage.
  • Support meeting rooms by serving refreshments as required. (चाय-कॉफी बनाना, मेहमानों को सर्व करना, पेंट्री को साफ रखना और क्रॉकरी का सही उपयोग।)

3. Office Support & Assistance (ऑफिस सहायता कार्य)

  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic clerical activities.
  • Support in managing stationery and shifting office materials when needed.
  • Assist with courier handling, inward/outward documents, and deliveries.
  • Help during office events, meetings, and admin-related tasks. (फोटोकॉपी, स्कैनिंग, फाइलिंग, स्टेशनरी प्रबंधन और कूरियर सहायता।)

4. Conduct, Discipline & Professionalism (आचरण और अनुशासन)

  • Maintain punctuality, politeness, and professional behavior.
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and confidentiality rules. (समय का पालन, विनम्रता, स्वच्छता और गोपनीयता का ध्यान।)

Requirements (आवश्यकताएँ):

  • 1–3 years experience in office housekeeping or pantry role.
  • Basic hygiene knowledge and willingness to learn.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and able to multitask.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
