Office Peon cum House keeper

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Office Housekeeping Duties
• Cleaning and maintaining office premises including floors, desks, cabins, washrooms, pantry, and common areas.
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Refilling consumables like soap, tissues, drinking water, etc.
• Peon / Office Support Duties
• Serving tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Carrying files, documents, and office materials within departments.
• Opening and closing office rooms as instructed.
• Handling basic office errands such as going to bank, post office, or nearby offices when required.
• Office Maintenance Support
• Reporting any maintenance issues such as electrical faults, plumbing leaks, or damages.
• Assisting in setting up meeting rooms and office arrangements.
• General Responsibilities
• Following office rules, discipline, and instructions of supervisors.
• Maintaining confidentiality of office documents and information.
• Supporting office staff in day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic literacy (reading and writing).
• Prior experience in office housekeeping or peon duties preferred.
• Honest, punctual, and physically fit.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
