As a part of the team at the Knowledge Center, you will be responsible for gaining in-depth knowledge of various products and ensuring accurate arrangement and categorization within the Catalogue Library. This includes coordinating meetings, presentations, and internal events by preparing materials and setting up meeting spaces. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining digital and physical filing systems, which includes organizing drawings, contracts, and project documentation. Additionally, you will support project teams with administrative tasks such as conducting brand meetings, understanding materials, categories, and product segments in detail to assist with client queries and internal decision-making. Your role will also involve creating and managing attribute masters for each category and working closely with design teams to ensure smooth project flow and internal coordination. The Knowledge Center is a dedicated physical space designed exclusively for the architectural and design industry. With a mission to address the everyday challenges faced by professionals and future professionals in architecture and design, our goal is to provide streamlined solutions by offering convenient access to all material samples and catalogs in one place.
