Job Description

As a Data Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining regular reports to track KPIs and other critical metrics. Your role will involve providing business insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with various teams to understand data needs, assist in ongoing projects, and enhance data collection and analysis procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain regular reports to track KPIs and critical metrics, focusing on business insights and recommendations. - Collaborate with different teams to understand data requirements, assist in projects, and optimize data processes. - Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements in data collection, management, and reporting. - Ensure compliance with data governance policies, including data privacy and security standards. - Utilize advanced functions in MS Excel such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc. - Bachelor's degree is a required qualification. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) is necessary. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to interpret and analyze complex datasets. - Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
