Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle office administration and daily operational tasks
  • Manage documentation, data entry, and record maintenance
  • Handle customer inquiries, walk-ins, and phone calls
  • Counsel students/clients about courses, services, or products
  • Support sales activities, follow-ups, and lead management
  • Maintain sales records and prepare basic reports
  • Coordinate with management and internal teams
  • Assist in billing, collections, and payment follow-ups (if required)

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
