Job Title: Office cum Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive female candidate to join our team as an Office cum Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration and basic knowledge of sales coordination. This dual-role position requires a dependable individual who can efficiently manage day-to-day office tasks while also supporting the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and client coordination.

The candidate must be capable of handling both internal operations and client-facing tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:Office Coordination:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and housekeeping oversight.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and internal coordination.
  • Handle calls, emails, and front-desk responsibilities as needed.
  • Support the MD and other senior staff with administrative requirements.

Sales Coordination:

  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and proposals for clients.
  • Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and trackers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Follow up with clients for payments, queries, or documentation.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pending tasks.
  • Handle client communication with clarity, professionalism, and promptness.

Candidate Profile:

  • Only Female Candidates will be considered.
  • Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Business preferred).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in office administration and/or sales coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Should be organized, reliable, and presentable.
  • Preferred: Candidates with knowledge of basic accounts, invoicing, or ERP/CRM tools.

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month

(Based on experience and qualifications)

Other Requirements:

  • Must be located within [Insert commuting range, e.g., 30–45 minutes] of the office.
  • Should have a stable work history and good references.
  • Open to taking initiative and learning on the job.
