Job responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management - Cold Calling, Follow-ups
2. Handling online sales leads - Indiamart etc
3. Managing receivables and sending payment reminders on calls/mails/whatsapp
4. Sending samples to customers
5. Making quotations/PIs
6. Booking and co-ordination for porters etc.
