The Office Coordinator / Peon will be responsible for supporting daily office operations by providing administrative assistance, maintaining office cleanliness, and ensuring smooth functioning of the workplace. This individual will work closely with office staff to ensure an organized, efficient, and comfortable environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities: Office Administration: Answering phone calls, redirecting inquiries, and managing office communication. Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Preparing and distributing office correspondence, memos, and other documents. Maintaining office supplies and assisting with inventory management. Assisting in setting up meetings and preparing conference rooms. Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for staff and visitors. Manage the setup and cleanliness of meeting rooms, common areas, and bathrooms. Ensure that office equipment (printers, photocopiers, etc.) is functional and report any maintenance issues. Sorting and delivering internal mail and packages to respective staff members.
