1. Administrative Tasks

  • File and organize records for easy retrieval.
  • Type and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Enter and update data in office systems or databases.

2. Office Support

  • Operate office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and related documentation.
  • Assist with general office workflow and ensure a clean, organized workspace.

3. Billing and Financial Processing

  • Prepare and process bills in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of office expenses and financial transactions.

4. Work Environment

  • 6 days a week (typically Monday–Saturday; Sunday off)

5. Salary Range

  • ₹10,000 to ₹15,000
